Our rates are structured so we can effectively provide care that aligns with our core values - to prioritize personal attention, high-level communication, and consistency for our clients. Additionally, we are committed to supporting and compensating caregivers at higher than industry rates to improve their ability to provide exceptional care. Our goal is to be a positive force for change in an industry that has historically underpaid and overworked caregivers. In turn, we believe this will improve the consistency and quality of care.

How do you determine the rates you charge?

We strive to provide consistent care delivery and pride ourselves on training each caregiver to an outstanding level. We will match CarePros with you based on skill and availability. You will meet a few different CarePros so you'll be comfortable if someone else needs to fill in.

Will I have the same care provider for all my shifts?

We know we won't be the right fit agency for everyone, and not every client will be the right fit for us. In order to determine if this could be a mutually beneficial relationship, we'd like to start by getting your contact info, and we will send you our Prospective Client Questionnaire.
